      *********************************
Herbert Moore has such a complex life that I have chosen to split into two parts. Fact & Folklore.

      FACT:
Herbert Hartfield Harman (aka Bant / Bert) Moore separated from his wife (Louisa) some time after the birth of their son William Herbert (Bill) Moore (b.1907).
Subsequently Louisa adopted out all of her children except Jessie (b.1898) and William (b.1907).
It is not known when the separation took place, where Herbert Hartfield went, or where/when he died.
The last electoral roll reference found to Bert Moore is :
1900, Palmerston North, Bert MOORE, Bunnythorpe, Labourer.
1903 & 1911 Electoral rolls list his wife as married but no record of him.
1903: Oroua,  Louisa Maude MOORE, Denbigh Str Feilding, Married

In 1907, he is listed as a labourer on his sons birth certificate. (I do not have the informants name)
